Vintage German Landscape Oil Painting!
Lovely original landscape oil painting on stretched canvas signed by the artist in the lower right corner. Painting depicts a picturesque canal scene with a moored tugboat and a timbered Bavarian farmhouse known in Germany as a "bauernhaus." The brushstrokes are delicate and purposeful with a fresh color palette dominated by blues and green. A gentle and quaint composition with some light patina to oil. Painting has been newly framed in a gold custom gallery frame.

Painting is in nice condition for age with some light patina to oil and a few light scuff marks to surface of canvas. Painting has been newly framed in a gold custom gallery frame and the back of piece is wired for ease of hanging.
