Vintage French Oil Painting!
Gorgeous original still life oil painting direct from France! Signed by the artist, painting has been completed on hard wood board and depicts a lovely tablescape with a white linen cloth, Anjou pears, and a black corked bottle. The surface of the wood shows aging and flaking to the oil finish giving this marvelous composition an added layer of depth and character. Painting has been newly framed.
Framed: 23 3/4" wide by 17" tall
The surface of painting shows aging and wear to the surface and oil. There are also a few edges that are bare near frame's very edge. Additionally, there are two nail holes in both top corners. All of these issues can be seen in photos. Painting has been newly custom framed and the back of piece is wired, for ease of hanging.
