Vintage Landscape Oil Painting!
Splendid original oil painting on canvas that has been signed by the artist, V. Borgesnen, in the lower right corner. Lovely, rich color palette with delicate brushstrokes and a nice use of shadows giving painting appealing depth and character. A pastoral thatched roof farmhouse and a gated courtyard inhabited by chickens and a water pump are presented in a realist style. A picturesque scene with a soothing, natural aesthetic.
Framed: 18" wide by 14" tall
Painting is an original oil on canvas with some light patina to the oil, but no rips or tears in the canvas. Painting is surrounded by the original gold wood frame that is in good condition with some areas of worn paint, appropriate for age.
